② How it works

Inside the engine, in 2 minutes.

Where the leads come from, how they're enriched and verified, and how they reach a buyer.

③ The three things we'll cover

Who we are, who buys, and who builds it.

Who you're talking to 0:49

RGN is run by marketers, technology leaders and venture investors. We build and run an AI lead-generation business under your brand, and stay with you until your first paying buyer, then help you place salespeople and scale.

Who buys, and why they keep buying 1:04

Law firms, insurance agencies, contractors and real-estate brokers all need a steady flow of new customers. Most are sold shared leads. Your business sells exclusive, qualified leads, plus the systems behind them. 78% of clients who sign come back for more business (RGN internal figure).

You don't build this alone 0:56

Week 1 onboarding, then our team builds your brand, website, CRM, AI agents and lead flow. Live for buyers within 60 days. Your part: 6–8 hours a week approving work, your weekly call and talking to buyers.

The 60-day clock pauses while we're waiting on you for more than 48 hours.

④ Run your numbers

Come with your numbers.

Move the sliders to see what a lead business could look like for you. Bring your result and we'll pressure-test it together on the call.

Illustrative only. Not a projection or promise. The calculator shows hypothetical math from the inputs you choose. It does not predict what your business will earn. Actual results depend on your effort, vertical, buyer demand, pricing, capital, costs and market conditions, and you could lose money. Figures are gross, before costs.

⑥ The asset

Income is one return. The business itself is the other.

Profitable digital businesses are bought and sold every day. Here's what the brokers and buyers who track it publish about the category.

2–5× profit
What a digital business generally sells for: 2× to 5× annual SDE or EBITDA.

6.1× profit
Average profit multiple for online businesses that sold for $1M+, versus 3.1× for $25K–$100K exits.

Market data, not a valuation. These figures describe sales of online and lead-generation businesses in general, as reported by the named sources. They are not a valuation of, or a promise about, any RGN client business. Any sale depends on that business's own results and market conditions at the time.

⑧ In writing

We win when you win. Generate clients, or we work for free.

We earn on the build and the fulfillment, so when your business grows, we do too. These assurances are written into your agreement:

01

60-Day Launch Assurance

If you're not live in 60 days, your monthly fee is waived until you are.

02

First Buyer Assurance

No paying buyer by month 6? We credit resellable lead inventory to your account every month, plus senior support, until you close one.

03

Facilitated Resale Assurance

When you're ready to explore an exit, we introduce you to prospective acquirers.

You own it. The brand, website, CRM, contacts and accounts are yours from day one, even if you walk away. Investment levels are covered on your call.

Full terms and eligibility are shown in the agreement on your call.

⑨ Before you say yes

What people ask before the call.

Is this a real business, or a course?

A build. One week of onboarding, a full build by our team, then we work with you until your first paying buyer and keep advising after that. The Operator Playbook is there so you understand your business, not so you build it alone.

Is this an investment?

No. You're not investing in someone else's company and you're not taking a job. You own the business. RGN builds it, AI runs it, you hold the asset. Like any business, it takes your participation and carries risk.

What exactly does my business sell?

Leads that are ready to talk: a verified contact who has raised their hand, by opting in, booking an appointment, giving call consent, or a mix. Your business also sells the AI systems and CRM behind them.

Where do the leads come from?

Our intent engine, leads generated by RGN partners, and RGN-run opt-in campaigns, all resold through your brand. The goal over time is to bring more of it in-house for better margin.

Who finds the buyers?

An AI SDR plus a fractional business development rep who prospects buyers by phone, email and LinkedIn. Both are included in your monthly.

How fast do buyers see results?

Buyers typically start seeing results within about two weeks of their leads starting to flow.

What's included in the monthly, and what isn't?

Included: full support, the business development rep, sales help, and the data-system licensing and leads. Not included: usage and A2P texting fees (nominal), plus the domain, hosting and any minimal software held in your business's name.

What if a lead is bad?

Leads with invalid contact info are replaced, 100%.

What happens at the end of the agreement?

After 18 months you have full ownership of the system.

Am I buying another job?

Plan on 6–8 hours a week: approving work, your weekly call, and talking to buyers. Fulfillment is AI-run and handled by our team.

Do I need experience in lead generation, marketing or tech?

No. Our operators came from a marketing agency, commercial real estate, logistics operations, insurance, financial services and M&A. We build the technology; you bring the decisions and the relationships. We choose the vertical with you on the call.

Can I check things before I pay?

Yes. Ask to see anything on the call and we'll show it to you live.

What if it doesn't work, or I want out?

The assurances above are written into your agreement, and you keep everything you own: brand, CRM, contacts and accounts.

What does it cost?

Investment levels depend on the program and are covered on your call. Bring the range you could commit within 30 days.
